Burton-Anderson & Associates.
Established in 1966, Burton Anderson is proud of our long history as manufacturer’s representatives serving
Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Over the years our personnel have included some of the most respected
names in the plumbing, well and septic, and HVAC markets in our territory. 2014 brought a major change for the
company as we merged with BBW Sales Inc., another well respected rep firm serving the same markets and
territory. Now we have Scott Madsen, Bill Bright, Chris Duecker, Cindy Rosandich and Lori Burback working out of
our office in suburban Milwaukee, while the Green Bay office is staffed by Marty Taylor and Nila Hahn. Both offices
are open for business from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm to serve our customers’ needs.
Burton-Anderson personnel routinely participate in the following associations, events and activities:
•We have active memberships in industry related associations such as ASSE, ASPE, WAPHCC, WAPHMR, PMC,
•We regularly attend manufacturers sales seminars and training sessions, industry conventions and code committee
•We participate in our customers’ trade shows, presenting appropriate product lines at every opportunity
•We attend regional and national trade shows
•We regularly present products to distributors and their customers or dealers sales meetings during or after business
•We work with area plumbing unions to conduct class room training sessions for their career development
•We participate in presenting Continuing Education Courses as required by the State of Wisconsin for maintaining
•We are very active in conducting product training and continuing education classes at trade shows, distributor
facilities, contractors shops, engineering firms, trade schools and union halls. It is typical for us to conduct 3 or
more classes in any week.
We believe the best form of representation for our manufacturers is through personal contact. With four outside
sales people and three inside customer service specialists we feel we can provide the contact and support that today's
fast-changing market demands. The outside sales staff always strives to minimize the time spent in the office and
maximize the time spent in the field servicing distributors, contractors, builders, engineers, general contractors, and
state and local agencies.
